Just five months after giving birth to her son, Silas, with husband Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel is as fit and trim as ever! the secret, says Jessica, 33, is to find confidence. “When you feel good inside, you project that outward to the world.”
The always active Jessica really missed working out while pregnant, so she was counting the days until she could exercise again after Silas was born. And as soon as she got the allclear from her doctors, Jessica hit West Hollywood’s rise Movement for personal training sessions with founder Jason Walsh. “Jessica is very committed, and it’s paid off,” says Jason. “She loves the feeling of working up a sweat and seeing solid results.” that entails, according to Jessica, “a couple of classes of yoga during the week for stretching and elongating, mixed in with weight training for strength.” Jessica is also dedicated to the proteinheavy, anti-processed-foods Paleo Diet, which, she believes, “leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat and water weight right off your body.” that doesn’t mean she denies herself. “I don’t live by the idea that you can’t allow yourself a treat,” she says.
