Jamie Clayton


With her breakout role as Kyla in Season Three of the hit HBO series Hung – Um Längen besser (2009), Jamie Clayton became one of the first openly transsexual (male-to-female) actors to achieve widespread public acclaim. After her multi-episode arc on Hung, Jamie joined actors Hank Harris and Mary Lynn Rajskub as a lead in the ensemble interactive web comedy, Dirty Work (2012), playing crime scene cleanup maven Michelle. In 2012, Dirty Work won a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media – Original Interactive Television Programming. In Summer 2015, she stars as San Franciscan blogger and hacker Nomi Marks in the new globe-spanning original Netflix thriller Sense8 (2015) from the Wachowskis, and Joe Michael Straczynski.
