This is the way i now dye my hair. I find it alot more successful than using a bottle I get complete coverage. The dye is a new dye that I started to use when I got a horrible result from a box dye. I am happy with my color for now but will probably go lighter when spring and summer get closer. follow me: www.twitter.com/xolovesteph311
I notice when I use a color remover the braziness went away. Its damaging but deep I deep moisterize before doing so. It worked. Less damage
@Malinkvitblik Sant, hun ser Norsk ut
yeah i wanna dye my hair blonder cuz i have dirty blonde now but wanna dye it… how long do you normally leave the dye in? because i keep getting different answers to this …?
@DTexan2009 Try highlights… It’ll take a while before you go completely blonde but highlights usually work. You can then get an all over colour but it’s very harsh on the hair and scalp. I’ve only ever gotten highlights and my hair is the same colour as hers, it just takes a few months, maybe even a year to get it right.
@bambambarbie01 Well it must work for her or otherwise she wouldn’t do it.
I have dark blonde naturally, but like it more like this color you are using. I have tried this, but with a permanent……it always comes out orange tint with a lot of reddish tint too. I even use that red-out from sally beauty. I have went to most expensive salons and it still comes out bad…Does anyone have any suggestions for me. Oh yeah, I have to use a toner afterwards just to get some kind of livable color.
you have similar natural colour of hair as me only yours is a lot lighter at the top than mines is x and thanks for posting this vid i need to do my roots for going away on a dance holiday next week xx
You look Norwegian, haha
I’m Norwegian myself, and almost every girl in my school look like you ^^ But remember, Norway is known for having the most beautiful girls ;D
I have to say that dying roots is a nightmare. I bought a color comb to make it easier but as you comb it through and keeping the tips against the scalp’s new growth it tends to get all over the hair which could lead to color build-up. I suggest fessing up to friends who also color their hair and simply do each others roots. Trying to battle this yourself will make a big mess, leave spots uncolored, and often cause areas to be processed that don’t need it yet. Form a “Root Club” instead.
Amazing that you got lift with a demi colour…
Lol bring it around town.
You have lovely hair ,it looks as if you have previously had streaks as well.
@xolovesteph what is the name of your dye?
I am blonde too for quite some time and when I don;t have time to go to a salon my mom dyes my roots but soon I’ll go to college and I’ll have to get used to do it alone , but I just want to say that you should have made a bigger quantity of bleacher .. I just thought it was very little .How is it anyway?Do u find it hard to do it on your own?
your hair looks soo soft =O
i know ur not a hairstylist but just a tip from one…equal parts is by ounces…there should be lines on the tube and if u use one ounce then u measure out an ounce of developer…u can do the whole tube at once instead of mixing a little at a time and it wont mess up the color any
its alot easier to section if u part all the way down the middle to the back and then take from the top of ur crown to the top of ur ear. then u have 4 even sections
so yu use a color ?
i use a 30 vol bleach from sallys but maybe ill try your way =]
I really need to start sectioning my hair in clips like you did here. Last time I dyed my hair I missed some spots…it was not pretty. Thanks so much for the idea! I need to go to Sally’s!
