i wanted to do it right.. so i wont have to buy make up that will eat my face..any one out there is a reall gothic…..need help urgent!…. im going to a gothic bar…..
Blood reds and lots of black. Black clothes, lipstick, hair dye, eye shadow..blood red lips.

If you do decide to go to a goth club, be prepared to have a very diffrent experience from your normal life. gothic clubs are where people come to be able to freely talk and express their feelings about an oppresive society. The topics up for discussion may be ones that you consider taboo or inappropriate, as may be the actions.
Wear black eyeliner whether you are male or female (if you’re a guy, it’s optional). Realize that not all goths wear heavy make-up and possibly the least gothic thing ever is to wander round with a bit of white powder dabbed on each cheek and huge black streaks of eyeliner smeared all over your face. Some eyeliner usualy does it. its mostly all in the clothing:
Wear clothes in black, dark-red, dark-green or maroon or dark purple. White can also help and is the funeral color of many countries (plus lots of white lace and flowing fabrics on a young lady makes good undead bride effect). You could also make your own clothes or shop at thrift stores. Trench coats are optional but recommended only if you live in a very cold place. If you live someplace warm, but really love that trenchcoat, cut off the sleeves. Some type of black boot is the best footwear and if you’re a female wear some really cool heels. Black army surplus combat boots are cheap, but wear heavy socks while you break them in.
Try to avoid looking like a clown if you feel this may not be your best look. A pasty white face and black lips may suit a few people, but red lips and slightly paler skin is a lot more flattering to a lot more people.
If you can find it (and are Caucasian), try a bit of green foundation make-up. It does not turn your face green. Rather, it neutralizes the red and pink elements in your skin and makes you look extremely pale. It looks less fake than using white make-up.
